  • Bobbie Purser of the band Purser

“Very few bands have made me headbang through my tears - BULLSHARK is one of them … Their sound is decisive and smart, and their message is clear. BULLSHARK is quickly headed for cult status”

  • Claire Steele

“I was deeply moved and humbled by BULLSHARK’s radical commitment to the art of being a band.”

  • Julia Cannon

“I was a fan of Sissy Dinkle’s musicianship as an instrumentalist for years, so it’s no surprise that I also love BULLSHARK. It’s dark but it’s sparkly and etherial at the same time. I can’t wait for the album.”

  • “Blooming” EP review by Kyle Joshua Trask (artist/songwriter)

“I just got done listening [to the EP] in the car ... I listened to it about three times all the way through! The first thing I wanted to say … is that [the EP] has really incredible book ends. It opens up so perfectly and invites you in to this whole system of what feels like a bunch of vines and roots … growing underneath the ground and quite literally going into a bloom or blossom. ‘Blooming’ itself is such a great song - I love it! ‘Better Off’ comes in and prepares [the listener] for  this photosynthesis type of feeling where you’re just soaking in this warmth and are … starting to get a little bit more energy as we transition into ‘Ghost’. ‘Ghost’ is also such a sick song, and it feels like a great middle ground to propel you forward into ‘Should’ve Known’. ‘Should’ve Known’ is super fun, and almost brings me back to what it felt like being in my late 20s … feeling this anxiety but also excitement about the growth that is happening and the changes. ‘Pennsylvania’ guts me completely - it’s a perfect open-ending to the entire EP. If there’s been any questions about what has been said before, this song really ties everything up nicely ... I am just saying exactly how I feel as I [listen through] … and I love it!”
